Destination: Down Under—Champagne Sounds
#7 Because the idea of standing in the middle of the desert, toasting the majestic view of Uluru with champagne, could only spring from mind of an Aussie.
Destination: Down Under—Deadly Dingoes
#8 Because Aussies are nothing if not brutally honest about the threat of wild animals even in a spiritual sanctuary like Uluru.

Book Stop: The House in France
But you don’t have to know Gully to fall under the book’s spell. Ultimately, her tale is of a young woman trying to make her way in the world with love, compassion and confidence.
